PacificBusinessAdvisors.net, also referred to as Pacific Business Advisors, is a business brokerage and consulting firm that was formed in 1987, originally as a division of Pacific-Realtors.net, a full service real estate brokerage company. Subsequently, the business brokerage division was spun off as a separate company and incorporated as PacificBusinessAdvisors.net. The business was founded by Michael Chulak who continues to serve as president and chief executive officer. The company represents buyers and sellers of existing franchise and non-franchised businesses in California and buyers of new franchises in all 50 states. Not all business brokerage firms assist investors in acquiring new franchises.

Over the years, there have been a few former business brokers who have left the firm in order to start their own business. This is to be expected as we have been operating successfully since 1987 and have become well known in California. A few have imitated our operation including our website.
However, there is only one PacificBusinessAdvisors.net founded in 1987 with the knowledge and experience to provide clients with first-class, comprehensive services.

Pacific Business Advisors is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), The International Business Broker Association (IBBA), and M&A Source. Not all brokerage firms and consultants have access to these valuable resources.
