PacificBusinessAdvisors.net will pay a 10% referral fee to a brokerage firm that refers a business buyer or seller to our firm. The fee will be paid upon the closing of escrow. There are a few simple requirements:

1. You must email the name, street address, email address, and phone number of the business buyer or seller to be contacted to us from our website;
2. Your email must include your name, street address, phone number, and DRE license number so we an reach you if the referral is successful; and
3. The listing agreement with the referred business buyer or seller must be entered into within six months of the referral date.
