Corporate Stakeholders

A corporate stakeholder is a party with a concern or an interest in a corporation or other form of business enterprise. Stakeholders include shareholders, board members, investors, employees, customers or clients, vendors, suppliers, local governments, local communities, and trade associations. Corporate stakeholders can affect a business or enterprise, or they can be affected by the business or enterprise. Primary stakeholders are usually internal to the corporation, while secondary stakeholders are usually external to the corporation.
