Samantha Huang is a CPA candidate who has passed all 4 sections of the CPA Exam, including Auditing and Attestation (AUD), Business Environment and Concepts (BEC), Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR) and Regulation (REG). Her next step to earning her CPA license is to complete the experience requirement.

Samantha has more than ten years of commercial banking experience where she managed a portfolio of construction, real estate, and business loans exceeding $100 million.

Samantha has been instrumental in working out and restructuring defaulted loans for several large financial institutions and has liquidated numerous foreclosed properties (OREO assets). In addition, she has originated numerous construction loans through large and small builders and developers consisting of both residential subdivisions and commercial properties.

As a consultant, Samantha has assisted many immigrant investors and has worked with the Taiwan Tourism Board to promote good relations between the United Sates and Taiwan.

Samantha graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. She also graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Master of Business Administration Degree in Information Management. Samantha is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
